Equipped with a PLC touch screen control system, this machine delivers precise, user-friendly operation with high automation. The 30-60 boxes per minute speed range makes it ideal for medium-to-large scale aluminum foil roll production lines.
A photoelectric empty-package detection system prevents unloaded cartons from being sealed, greatly reducing material waste. For items smaller than the box size, an automatic positioning function ensures accurate loading, while the main drive motor includes an overload protection device for safer operation.
Tooling and template changeover is simple—only adjustments are required, no complex part replacements. An optional flip-top safety protective cover is also available.
