The LK-T63 is a 63-ton automatic press line for manufacturing disposable aluminum foil food trays, designed for single-operator operation.
With a standard 3-cavity mold, the LK-T63 averages 50 strokes per minute, delivering hourly output ranging from 9,000 to 12,000 trays. Speed adjusts between 35 and 68 strokes per minute based on draw depth and cavity layout.
The LK-T63 features a solid cast iron worktable with a total machine weight of 13,500 kg. This mass absorbs ram vibration at 50 strokes per minute, preventing die misalignment and ensuring thin foil does not shift. Flanges form without wrinkles, maintaining a defect rate under normal operation of 1 per 1,000 pieces.
Processes aluminum foil from 0.025mm to 0.2mm thick, handling alloy grades 3003, 8011, and 3004 without modification. Both lubricated and dry foil run on the same setup, with tension adjustment for dry stock taking minutes.
The worktable includes a hydraulic lift system allowing one person to complete mold changes in under 15 minutes without overhead crane or wrench labor.
Built around a Mitsubishi PLC with multi-language touchscreen. Features Siemens or ABB main motor, Schneider low-voltage components, and SMC/AirTac pneumatic cylinders. Safety guards are interlocked, stopping the ram when opened, with fault codes displayed in plain text.
