One operator manages 24-hour continuous operation at an average of 50 strokes per minute, yielding 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour on three-cavity molds. The press features a solid working plate (unlike hollow alternatives) and accommodates foil thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm without wrinkling.
Die change requires 15 minutes and one person using the hydraulic lifting arm. The touchscreen stores 60 mold parameters, displays fault diagnostics upon auto-stop, and the safety door halts operation when opened.
